Ishmeet Singh (PT)

Neuro Physiotherapist, Founder

MPT (Neurology), BPT, MDCPTOT, MIAP

Ishmeet founded Rehabilitation Essentials in 2020 with a clear vision- to design practical solutions for individuals living with physical disabilities and make quality community rehabilitation accessible to all.

Trained at PDUNIPPD, Indian Spinal Injuries centre, and leading government hospitals of India, he brings deep clinical expertise in spinal cord injury and neurorehab. Having practiced in various settings and with a deep understanding of patients’ needs, Ishmeet is known for transforming homes into rehab spaces, designing bespoke tools, and applying 3D printing, assistive tech, and clinical research to solve complex rehabilitation challenges. Advocating for the rights of AHPs and individuals with disabilities, he dreams of a world where affordable, high quality rehabilitation is not a luxury but a standard- accessible to all.
His work brings that vision closer, one solution at a time.

Twinkle Luthra (OT)

Neuro Occupational Therapist

MOT (Neurology), BOT, MDCPTOT, MAIOTA

Twinkle leads the Occupational Therapy arm at Rehabilitation Essentials, bringing a rich blend of clinical expertise and research driven insight. Her interests span outcome measures, ADLs, cognitive rehabilitation, pediatrics, and mental health making her a dynamic practitioner. An alumnus of PDUNIPPD and the ISIC Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences, Twinkle has worked across a range of premier institutions including Lok Nayak Hospital, GB Pant Hospital, Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, and IHBAS. This diverse experience has equipped her to work with complex presentations across age groups and clinical contexts.

At Rehabilitation Essentials, she drives forward innovation in therapy design, assessment, and patient-centred care with a calm confidence, scientific curiosity, and unwavering dedication to our patients’ quality of life.

Mr. Prabhdeep Singh

With over a decade of experience in news production and editorial leadership, Prabhdeep brings depth, clarity, and precision to everything we create. An alumnus of Delhi University in English literature, he earned his post graduate degrees in Journalism from the prestigious Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) and an MA in World Religions, he blends intellectual depth with cultural insight.

As Head of our Editorial Board, Prabhdeep leads content development translating complex clinical, research, and technological ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
His work ensures our voice stays authentic, inclusive, and evidence informed. Beyond editing, he helps bridge the gap between healthcare and the communities we serve.
